Three SHJ Lawyers Named Texas Rising Stars for 2020
Schiffer Hicks Johnson PLLC is proud to announce that three of its lawyers have been selected as “Texas Rising Stars” by Texas Monthly magazine. No more than 2.5 percent of the state’s lawyers receive this designation, which is based on evaluations of the Texas Bar by the magazine’s research team.
Associate Matthew W. Davis represents plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation and corporate disputes, primarily in the healthcare and energy industries. He earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.Senior counsel Persis Dean counsels and represents clients in a variety of tort claims and commercial disputes, including breach of contract, securities fraud, shareholder oppression, tort and products liability claims, and business torts. She holds a J.D. from Baylor University School of Law.Associate Brandon Winchester represents plaintiffs and defendants in a wide array of commercial disputes and tort claims in state and federal courts. His practice includes business torts, class actions, breach of contract cases, and a variety of other disputes. He obtained his J.D. from Tulane University Law School.
