Ben handles a wide range of commercial litigation matters and business disputes. Aided by his graduate-level training in history, Ben brings strong research skills and a keen critical eye to his legal writing work, which includes memoranda on various legal questions, first drafts of complaints and petitions, motions and briefs, and demand letters.
During law school, Ben worked as a research assistant on projects involving international law and comparative constitutional law. He also interned at the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Corporation Finance.
