Lori litigates complex commercial disputes before federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels, as well as in arbitration proceedings. She has extensive experience at all stages of litigation, from drafting dispositive, discovery, Daubert, and post-trial motions to deposing fact and expert witnesses as a first chair in high-stakes matters and successfully arguing discovery motions in court.

Lori’s diligence, tenacity, and intellectual engagement result in optimal outcomes for her clients. She especially excels at untangling complex legal questions and devising out-of-the-box solutions. When a novel legal challenge arises, clients rely on Lori for practical, informed guidance that fulfills their objectives while mitigating risk and cost.

Prior to joining Schiffer Hicks Johnson, Lori practiced in the litigation group at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP’s San Francisco office. She also spent several years as an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP’s Los Angeles office.
