Gabe’s practice centers on complex commercial litigation. He has managed the day-to-day duties of a broad spectrum of cases, including consumer class actions, mass torts, merger litigation, and shareholder disputes. Gabe has appeared at hearings in both state and federal court, leading oral argument on a motion to compel, and first-chaired numerous depositions. Additionally, he has coordinated with expert witnesses, conducted discovery, and participated in nine-figure mediations. He is also adept at drafting motions and briefs—including motions to dismiss, motions to compel, motions for summary judgment, and briefs filed in both state and federal courts—that help clients achieve favorable outcomes.

Gabe brings a thoughtful, goal-oriented approach to his practice. He often works directly with clients, who prize his investment, clear communication, and ability to devise pragmatic solutions to complicated problems. Whether litigating a dispute or pursuing alternative forms of resolution, he focuses on aligning his legal strategies with his clients’ interests to preserve the longevity of their business.

Prior to joining the firm, Gabriel was an associate in Latham & Watkins’ Chicago office.
