We are thrilled to announce that Dave Finkel has joined Schiffer Hicks Johnson as an associate. Dave’s practice centers on complex commercial litigation. As a former federal clerk in both district and circuit courts, he has experience overseeing the entire lifecycle of a case, from pre-trial through appeal.

Previously, Dave clerked for the Honorable Timothy M. Tymkovich of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and as a clerk for the Honorable Jeffrey V. Brown of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Galveston Division. He obtained a J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School and a B.S. from the United States Military Academy.
